When the Triumph Bobber first came out the first thing I wanted to change was the seat, if only it was that simple
3 or 4 years later - this is the result - for safety we made the pan out of 4mm Thick Steel which made for some fairly hefty tooling
for comfort we made the foam using a high density polyurethane injection moulded closed cell foam
We have done a few different stitch patterns - this one we call the King Cobra
