During the order process or when sending us a message through an online form we will need to collect some data such as your name as well your delivery address, email address, phone number etc.

We will never sell or share this information to any parties who are not directly involved in the day to day order processing at Motone.

Uses of personal data at Motone :

Your Financial Data Security 

Its important to note that we do not store any of your financial information anywhere on site at Motone.  In fact we do not even collect it on site.  Rather any time any card or payment data is taken this data is transmitted directly to our high security UK based payment provider Sagepay an encrypted format.  This data is not stored anywhere on Motone site.  

Data Protection Act

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Any access request can be subject to a fee of £10. If you wish to see details of any personal information that we hold about you please contact us by way of our contact page.

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in your web browser. In our case it allows us at Motone to remember who you are when you visit our site on multiple occasions.  For example you may choose to add items to your basket and come back later to make the payment.  Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable or financial info. It is possible to turn them off in the browser, but if you do that certain features of this website such as the example above may not function.
